i heard and i saw on valley of the dolls it said that 98%of the dolls(pullip) is sold out can u explain y?

Nope, they've just been taken over by another company. Check out http://www.pullipstyle.com if the Valley of the Dolls doesn't have as many dolls as you'd like to see. There's no shortage there, including 2010 pre-orders.
