I am in highschool so money does not grow on trees. At least I am not going to spend thousands on a dress. I want a dress for like maybe dances, or night outs. I want something like a starry sky with a fantasy feel to it. Maybe some cool shoes that go with it. Heels cant be to high, cause I am already tall enough. So were should I go to find this dress..? I like next to NY, should I go look there?
